These kindergartners have this school routine down! They can open milk cartons and even those pesky ketchup packets. When times get hard, and they need a little help, Ms. Sarah and Ms. Macey come to the rescue. Lunch time with their buddies gives them a reason to smile.

PUXICO R-8 SCHOOL ADDS 2 BUSSES TO THE FLEET
Puxico R-8 School is excited to receive two, low-mileage busses to replace aging busses on the routes. This planned purchase allows the district to maintain a dependable bus fleet to meet the needs of our students.
The aging busses will be auctioned off on Saturday, October 14 by Jacob Goodin Consignment Auction. See the last picture for more details.

NEW SCOREBOARDS ARE IN THE ARNOLD RYAN GYMNASIUM
Today we were honored with a couple of special guests on campus.
Anthony Sifford, his wife Kim, and Rhonda Hancock came to campus to visit with a few of the players for the Puxico Indians’ Basketball Teams and their Puxico Indians’ Basketball Coaches. Last year, on behalf of First Midwest Bank, Anthony wanted to provide score boards for the Arnold Ryan Gymnasium. With Anthony’s recommendation, First Midwest Bank graciously provided two new scoreboards for the gym. These new boards are a wonderful improvement in our facility and features panels that will display each players fouls and points. We can’t wait to show them off this season and for years to come. Our Jr. High basketball season is fast approaching so stay tuned for our upcoming game schedules.
We appreciate all of our community partnerships and are so thankful for the village that supports our students and all they do. A special thank you today, to First Midwest Bank.
