The 8th grade boys basketball team showed up tonight driving a 4x4 truck & they never let off the gas against the Bernie Mules!! They will move on to the next round in the SCAA Tournament on Thursday night at Bernie. They will play Woodland at 7:45pm. The bus will leave school at 5:45pm. Good luck JH Indians! This group of young ladies will have their final game of the season tomorrow night, Thursday, October 14th at home in the Arnold Ryan Gym against the Delta Jr. High Lady Bobcats. The Puxico Jr. High basketball teams have been on fire! The 8th grade team showed no mercy against Greenville, Bell City & Bernie to open up their season. The 7th grade team had a nail biter against Bell City, never gave up & was able to smack a big W in the book for themselves that night! Last week the Jr. High Lady Indians matched up tight against Campbell and squeezed out the win at the end of the 4th quarter 21-20! Then turned around & beat Twin Rivers in the next matchup. Way to go ladies! We are proud of you!

The JV Lady Indians came out this evening & got down to business beating the Sikeston Lady Bulldogs in 3 sets. The Varsity ladies fought hard in every match winning one out of four sets against the Lady Bulldogs. Good job ladies!

What an exciting night for the Puxico students at the Stoddard County Fair 2021 Swine & Cattle Show last night! The Puxico students did not disappoint. They brought home many Overall Grand Champion awards, Grand Champion awards, Reserve Grand Champion awards, Showmanship awards & 1st place awards in their classes. Way to represent Puxico Schools!
